SÆPLAST offers a wide range of tubs, pallets and other products, which can be equipped with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags. The RFID ensures that each tub is marked, tracked and easily managed. RFID is a powerful wireless solution that stores information and keeps track of your products. RFID tags have varying storage and reading distance capacities. This is determined by the RFID frequency, form and size. RFID tags can be embedded or attached to SÆPLAST products and by using an RFID reader there is no need for physical contact or direct line of sight. One of the main RFID benefits is the read/write capability; information can both be read and changed easily

 

We are also able to equip SÆPLAST tubs, pallets and buggies with customer barcodes.The barcode contains machine-readable data and is frequently usedin warehousesfor stock assessment. The bar-code can e.g. connect a serial number to the engravednumber on the product for easy data registration.

The main benefits of using barcode technology is that barcodes provide a uniform standard,the technology is widespread and the investment cost is low.

SÆPLAST offers silk screen printing for each tub. Silk screen printing is a unicolor deep print marking on the tub. We at SÆPLAST add the customer name or logo on each tub, making the container easily identifiable. Silk screen markings are available in single colour format and colours available are black, green, red or white.

We at SÆPLAST also offer engraved markings onto SÆPLAST products to ensure individual container identification. Engraved markings are long-lasting and more durable than silk screen printing. Many customers choose to have serial numbers, company name, factory location or other information engraved onto their SÆPLAST tubs.

We at SÆPLAST also offer multi-colour mould-in-graphic markings for SÆPLAST containers. Mould-in graphics is a visual way to identify customer property by using their company logo. The technology can also be used for marketing purposes or to strengthen branding. Mould-in technology can also be used to present user guidelines or other messages that need to be presented for specific use of the product. This service is available upon request and at added cost
