Sustainable Design from Recycled Materials

A new and exciting collaboration has been established between Sæplast Iceland and landscape architect Anna Kristín Guðmundsdóttir. This project focuses on the innovative design and development of an outdoor bench made from recycled plastic, inspired by the versatile uses of Sæplast's fish containers.

Innovative Solutions for Vibrant Public Spaces

Intended to enhance public and recreational spaces, the bench will blend Anna Kristín’s expertise in landscape design with Sæplast’s extensive experience in sustainable plastic manufacturing. 

The project will begin with design and conceptual work that may lead to further development and potential showcasing at design exhibition.
