Like all Sæplast containers, the new Sæplast 500L container is ergonomically designed for maximum strength and ease of handling. PE refers to the polyethylene construction of the outer walls that are bonded to the PE core of the container. The PE plastic is triple-layered, making this the strongest container on the market. The Closed Cell Core design does not absorb liquid, optimizing hygiene and the safety of your products. 

The robust triple-wall design yields longer durability and reduces long term costs. The ergonomically designed one-piece construction facilitates easy cleaning and sanitation. The Sæplast PE containers are fully recyclable and designed to meet the toughest demands of any environment.
Sæplast offers a standard range of features, such as an imprinted serial number for ready product identification and traceability of your product which can be equipped with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags, with customer barcodes or QR-codes.

 

Smooth design
Due to the smooth design, cleaning the containers and keeping them sanitized has never been easier. The inner core will not absorb liquid, thus extending the containers lifetime and optimizing hygiene.

 

Strong inner stacking
The 500L PE container feature a strong and durable inner stacking solution. This means stacking is stable and safe!

 

Available in various colours

The new 500L PE container is available in various standard colours. Specific colours can be ordered for volume purchases. Colours are ideal for factory segregation and differentiating various waste streams such as CAT3, food grade and waste.
