Sæplast was among the 300 exhibitors displaying their ideas and products at the Halieutis seafood exhibition that was held in Agadir Morocco February 15-19th, the Sæplast sales team showcased Sæplast insulated plastic containers for whitefish, small pelagics and shellfish.

Sæplast has been chosen to receive a €290.000 grant to continue with the production of a new type of insulated fish container called the “Twin tub”. The Twin tub will reduce transport cost and improve as well the product quality witch has been one of the main factor in evolution of the Sæplast tubs since 1984.

A fire broke out in Sæplast Dalvik at 4 am as workers were producing plastic containers in the factory.
