The revolution in the handling of both wet and dry goods in food production environments is celebrating its tenth anniversary. With reference to the nature of the exhibition, and the number of people likely to attend, it would prove difficult to follow fully the guidance of the Civil Protection Department. To safeguard the health and safety of exhibition participants and guests, the exhibition is, as outlined above, postponed until October 2020.
